Refunds are applied on a case-by-case basis. Our policy lasts 60 days even with used/opened product. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We do not accept item returns.

Oh no! If you purchased directly from our website, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage. If you purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
