Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie Bowl
ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 small frozen banana
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 big scoop plant-based protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon chai spice blend
- Optional but awesome:
- 1/2 teaspoon tremella mushroom extract powder for a beauty boost
