I made this with turmeric, warming pumpkin spice, oat milk, hot water, and pumpkin puree. The lions mane mushroom coffee I added is totally optional, but is definitely a great way to kickstart your day. Omit the coffee if you want a caffeine-free cozy drink.

Superfood Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- - 1 cup hot oat milk
- - 2 tsp Copina Co. Original Beauty
- - medjool date
- - 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree
- - 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- - a dash of turmeric
- - 1 shot of espresso (optional)
- - 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour into your favorite mug. To get fancy, add some star anise pods and some extra pumpkin spice and swirl with a forkπ
