While this Blueberry Vanilla Dalgona Latte calls for fresh blueberries, you can make this latte year-round by substituting frozen blueberries for fresh ones. It’s also a great budget-friendly option!
If you haven’t tried dalgona coffee yet either, then you’re in for a treat! Dalgona coffee (aka whipped coffee) is made by combining instant coffee with sugar and cold water, and then whipping it until it becomes creamy and thick, almost like whipped cream or meringue. It’s a really unique and totally delicious way to get your coffee buzz on!

Blueberry Vanilla Dalgona Latte
A delicious vegan latte made with muddled blueberries, vanilla oat milk, and creamy whipped dalgona coffee.
2-3 tbsp blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp cold water
4 oz oat milk
1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost
Ice, if desired
To a separate glass, add the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and water. Use an electric whisk to froth until thick and foamy.
To a drinking glass, add blueberries and agave. Use a spoon to slightly mash the blueberries until a jam-like consistency forms.
In another glass, add oat milk and Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost. Froth with an electric whisk until foamy and creamy.
Top the blueberry mixture with the vanilla oat milk. Add ice if desired.
Top blueberries and oat milk with dalgona coffee.
Stir and enjoy!
