Red velvet raspberry beet smoothie bowl! This dreamy vegan and low-sugar smoothie bowl is just to die for. It’s been a minute since I created a new smoothie bowl for you guys, but THIS one is probably my new favorite. I started being obsessed with making veggies taste like desert after I found what a big difference easy-to-digest smoothies made with my skin in the AM. This is full of beets and cauliflower but literally tastes like cake-flavored ice cream.
Red Velvet Raspberry Beet Smoothie
- - 1 frozen banana
- - 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower
- - 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- - 1/3 cup frozen beets
- - 2 tsp chocolate protein powder
- - 1 tsp cacao powder
- - 1/3 cup water
How to cook Red Velvet Raspberry Beet Smoothie
- BLEND them top with some plain plant yogurt, bee pollen (leave off for vegan bowls), freeze-dried raspberries, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chunks because... well duh.
