Ingredients
- ½ cup romaine lettuce leaves
- ¼ cup spinach
- ½ apple
- ½ pear
- ½ lemon, rind and seeds removed
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp almond butter (optional)
- 1 scoop Copina Co. Original or Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Blend, transfer to glass and enjoy!
