Sides don’t get any better than this easy Black Bean Dip. It doubles as a side dish or a hummus and makes anything instantly more delicious. It’s totally healthy, plant-based, gluten-free, and takes 5 minutes to make. I literally eat this with everything and am not embarrassed to say it! It’s an amazing refried bean replacement for tacos or burritos and is fantastic in Buddha or macro bowls.
This dip is fantastic way to break up your lunch bowls if you’re normally a standard hummus fiend. It’s got a rich, purple color that makes your dishes pop and a great mixture of sweet and spicy going on. I personally love this dish with baked carrot fries as the perfect side.
