Ingredients
Here’s a quick rundown of the ingredients we love to use for our vegan pumpkin cream latte recipe. Feel free to customize and personalize to make this latte to your liking!
Espresso: Use two shots of espresso or about 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee. Choose regular or decaf based on your preference!
Plant-Based Milk: Any plant-based milk will work in this latte, but we are personally using almond milk. Some other options are pistachio milk, oat milk, coconut milk, etc.
Pumpkin Purée: Canned pumpkin purée works perfectly, though you can use homemade if you have it. It is important to note that you aren't using pumpkin pie filling, as it often contains a lot of added sugar and spices.

Made with organic coconut and rice milks, this blend creates a smooth, creamy texture that perfectly complements your latte. The subtle vanilla flavor adds just the right amount of sweetness, making it an ideal addition to this cozy fall drink!
Pumpkin Pie Spice: To really make sure that pumpkin spice flavor comes through, we also went ahead and added in some pumpkin pie spice to our latte. This is a great option for those looking for a sugar-free option as it contains no added sugar.

How To Make This Latte
The majority of the time spent making this iced pumpkin cream latte is focused on creating the perfect creamy topping. To start, take a small glass and pour in a little of your preferred plant-based milk. Add in the pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and a stick pack of our Vanilla Beauty Blend. The blend is really important in this recipe as it will give the cream a smooth, velvety texture while adding a subtle touch of sweetness. It also contains a lot of really amazing plant-based ingredients like hyaluronic acid, gotu kola, and biotin which are great for healthy hair, skin and nails.
Next, use our whisk to mix everything together until smooth. Our whisk comes with two settings, and we recommend using the second one, as it’s ideal for blending thicker ingredients like the pumpkin purée. Be sure to whisk thoroughly until the mixture reaches a silky consistency, with no lumps. This step ensures your cream will blend beautifully with the rest of the latte and give it that luxurious, creamy feel.
Once your pumpkin cream is ready, it’s time to assemble your latte. Grab another separate glass and fill it with ice, then pour in your favorite plant-based milk until it reaches halfway up the glass. Next, pour in your freshly brewed espresso shots over the milk, letting it mix naturally with the cold milk. Finally, gently pour the pumpkin cream mixture over the top.
For an added touch, sprinkle some cinnamon on top of your latte to enhance the cozy fall flavors.
