We love this delicious and super nourishing smoothie to rev up our bodies for the day. It's packed with greens, including spirulina, but tastes like soft-serve ice cream.
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen steamed cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale
1/2 -1 frozen banana, depending on how sweet you like the smoothie
1 scoop Copina Co. Original Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1 1/4 cup water
Blend all the ingredients until fully combined.You may need to add more liquid to the blender as needed depending on how frozen some of your ingredients are. Top with kiwi slices, extra chia seeds, granola, and extra superfoods.
