Easy Sweet Potato and Miso Toast with Watermelon Radish "Sprinkles"

When toasts are too good to only just occur on Tuesday. If you're looking for a quick snack or savory breakfast and love life, check out this oil-free savory sweet potato and miso toast with radish "sprinkles" for a quick bite. it's absolutely unreal. Miso paste sounds weird on here, but you've got to trust me here. Combining it with the sweet potatoes is absolutely amazing and with some added watermelon radish for crunch has a fantastic texture. The miso helps support a healthy gut and adds a wonderful umami flavor against the sweet potato.
