Easy Spirulina Mint Chip Smoothie

If there is one thing I learned from Parks & Rec, it's to treat yo self. I'm someone who loves greens for breakfast, but also loves dessert anytime. What to do? Spirulina mint chip smoothie for breakfast! It's delicious, but also helps give your body a gut boost to start the day which = happy skin. Win!

RECIPE:

- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 large handful (about 1/4 cup) fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (I used Aloha's vanilla)

- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Blend
Add unsweetened chocolate sauce before pouring into the cup.
Top with: your favorite plant-based yogurt, cacao nibs, and extra mint leaf
