Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats (3 Ways!)

We’re bringing you a beauty-boosting breakfast recipe that has been super popular online, and for good reason! These Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats are SO easy to make and truly such a treat. It’s a great change if you’re already in the habit of having oatmeal for breakfast, but it’s also a perfect option to add into your weekly rotation. Even better, the base recipe is very versatile and would make a perfect afternoon snack or quick and healthy dessert.

These Beauty-Boosting Baked Oats require only 6 main ingredients (plus whatever you want to add to jazz them up, like cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, etc) that you can put right into a blender and pop into the oven. Minimal effort but lots of flavor and a delicious cakey texture? Yes please!

Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats (3 Ways!)

We added in a scoop of our unflavored Original Plant-Based Collagen Boost, which is formulated with an herbalist-approved blend of powerful plant-botanicals. No animal products needed to give your hair, skin, nails, and joints a healthy boost!* If you want to get creative, feel free to swap out Original for any of our other Vegan Collagen Boost flavors (Vanilla would be super delicious!).

You can also get creative with this recipe and make it your own by adding mix-ins to the batter, like chocolate chips, nut butter, fresh or frozen fruit, or even chia seeds or chopped nuts. Don’t forget to add a little something on top before you dig in!
