Matcha Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats

Matcha is a vibrant green powder made from dried and powdered green tea leaves sourced from Japan. It has a mildly sweet, earthy flavor that pairs perfectly with the natural sweetness of banana and nuttiness of almond milk that we use in this recipe.

Our Matcha Beauty Vegan Collagen Boost combines matcha powder with our herbalist-approved blend of plant-botanicals to support healthy hair, skin, and nails, while also promoting your body’s natural collagen production.* Our collagen boosts are entirely plant-based and vegan, so they’re a great alternative to traditional animal-based collagen supplements.

Feel free to get creative with this recipe and add in your favorite toppings or mix-ins. The flavors of white chocolate, dark chocolate, lemon, raspberry, mango, and blueberry would all pair deliciously with the versatile base of our Matcha Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats.
