Brown Sugar Shaken Matcha Coffee
Ingredients
- ½ cup strong coffee or 2 double shots espresso
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Ice
- 1 tbsp Copina Co. Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost
- ½ cup oat milk, divided
Instructions
- Froth together ¼ cup oat milk and Copina Co. Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost
- Combine coffee, brown sugar, and ice in a shaker or jar and shake vigorously
- Pour coffee mixture over ice in a glass
- Add ¼ cup oat milk and top with matcha mixture—enjoy!
