  • ½ cup strong coffee or 2 double shots espresso
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Ice
  • 1 tbsp Copina Co. Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost
  • ½ cup oat milk, divided

Instructions

  1. Froth together ¼ cup oat milk and Copina Co. Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost
  2. Combine coffee, brown sugar, and ice in a shaker or jar and shake vigorously
  3. Pour coffee mixture over ice in a glass
  4. Add ¼ cup oat milk and top with matcha mixture—enjoy!
