Chocolate Cashew Mylk
Ever miss your favorite childhood foods like chocolate milk with everything? We do! @emmamariehyslop made a vegan and dairy-free chocolate cashew mylk using Cacao Calm Beauty and we’re over the moon about it. Think of it as an adult superfood chocolate milk. We love it cold or hot, on its own, or with easy treats.
Pro tip: try foaming and heating the chocolate cashew mylk into a hot cacao. It’s also amazing over a simple homemade chocolate rice puff cereal, or paired with sweet and salty treats like our chocolate beauty popcorn.
Preparation tips! You don’t need a cheese cloth to make this mylk, though one is recommended if you want a super smooth texture. We recommend storing the mylk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can totally sub out the maple syrup for dates instead if you want a different kind of sweetener or leave the sweetener out altogether! The Cacao Calm has a touch of lucuma and monk fruit it in it and also a bit of organic Ceylon cinnamon which gives the whole mixture a really wonderful flavor.

Chocolate Cashew Mylk
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3 cups filtered water
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp Copina Co. Cacao Calm Beauty
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- In a high-speed blender, add all of the ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Pour into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for 3-5 days. Enjoy!
