Matcha Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl
Our Matcha Beauty really takes this smoothie bowl to the next level with its unique blend of powerful plant ingredients that are your hair, skin, and nails’ new best friends.*

What’s in Our Matcha Beauty Blend?
Matcha: A bright green, antioxidant-rich powder made by grinding whole tea leaves into a fine, vibrant powder with an earthy, slightly sweet flavor.

Bamboo Extract: Derived from the bamboo plant, this extract supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and joints and can allow for better calcium absorption.*

Amla Berry: This tiny green berry (also known as Indian gooseberry) is high in antioxidants which have been shown to fight cell damage and oxidative stress on the body.* Amla berry is also an excellent source of vitamins C, E, A, iron, and calcium.*

Tremella Mushroom Extract: This fun fungus is loaded with vitamin D, high in antioxidants, and a major anti-inflammatory that can help keep skin hydrated and healthy due to its high levels of polysaccharides.*

Hyaluronic Acid: This skincare hero has been known to help fight wrinkles and promote skin hydration by helping your cells hold water and appear plumper while also keeping it moisturized throughout the day.*

We’ve also hidden a few veggies in this smoothie for an added health boost. Besides, what’s more exciting than making vegetables taste like ice cream? The frozen cauliflower helps to make this smoothie extra creamy and the extra fiber will help keep you full for longer and regulate blood sugar levels.

Baby spinach lends a vibrant green color and a slightly earthy flavor (especially when paired with matcha) that contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the banana and chocolate and the bright punch of peppermint. Baby spinach is rich in vitamin K and magnesium, and just a single one-cup serving of this leafy green provides 100% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin K. Another great vegetable to use in smoothies is frozen zucchini, so if you’re looking to take this smoothie to the next level, feel free to add in another serving of veggies.

While we don’t think it’s necessary to justify having a little dark chocolate (we’re all about being nice to ourselves, and chocolate is definitely a major part of that), this delicious treat also packs a major health punch. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants called flavonoids and minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc, and can also provide an added mood-boost.* So go ahead, have a little chocolate for breakfast, especially when it’s this nourishing. We believe in treating both your body and your tastebuds well!
