Mint Chip Vegan Collagen Boost Smoothie
A delicious smoothie packed with nourishing ingredients to support your body's collagen, but tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream.
½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 scoop Copina Co. Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost Blend
- 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
- ½ tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 cup almond milk (more for a thinner consistency)
Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are combined well and texture is thick and creamy.
- Top with more cacao nibs if desired and serve immediately.
