This sweet seasonal latte is entirely vegan and made with our Copina Co. Pumpkin Cold Foam:

-¼ cup vegan coconut creamer

-¼ tsp vanilla extract

-dash cinnamon

-1 tsp pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

Cacao:

-2 scoops Copina Co. Cacao Calm Plant-Based Collagen Boost

-6 oz warm water


Method:

Pumpkin Cold Foam:

-add all ingredients to separate bowl or glass

-use a hand frother or stir vigorously until well-combined

-set aside

Cacao:

-add 2 scoops of Copina Co. Cacao Calm Plant-Based Collagen Boost to warm but not hot water

-use a hand hand frother or stir vigorously until well-combined

-Pour cacao latte mixture over ice

-Add Pumpkin Cold Foam topping and enjoy!
