We love mixing our Original Blend with some vegan yogurt for some added probiotics in the morning. Feel free to swap out our Original Blend for our Vanilla Creamer if you want some more sweetness without any added sugar! Adding one of our collagen creamers helps add in good for your skin ingredients like biotin, hyaluronic acid, and tremella mushroom.

Biotin and our collagen blends help keep your hair, skin, and nails healthy and happy! But also, if you want healthy hair, you should be eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated and getting plenty of sleep. Hyaluronic acid and tremella mushroom help you lock in and stay moisturized while our blends help support your natural collagen production. One of the most notable tremella mushroom benefits for the skin is its ability to hold nearly 500 times its weight in water. Now imagine what that can do for you during the winter months!

We top off our bowl with berries for antioxidants. Feel free to use any berries as add ins. Some granola for fiber and texture.
