Matcha Beauty Blueberry Chia Pudding
Delicious and vibrant matcha green tea combine with chia seeds and blueberries to make a refreshing summer breakfast or snack that also support hair, skin, and nail health with vegan collagen-supporting plant botanicals.
¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ⅕ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp agave or other sweetener
- 1 Matcha Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Boost Stick Pack
Add chia seeds, matcha, almond milk, and sweetener to a glass or bowl.
Stir until well-combined.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate overnight (opt for thicker texture),
When ready to serve, add frozen blueberries to the bottom of the glass before topping with the chia pudding mixture.
Enjoy immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
