Vegan Matcha Pancakes
We love our Vegan Matcha Pancakes in the morning! We top them with mixed berries or even add in some vegan chocolate chips for some sweetness to start our day.
3/4 cup pancake mix
1 Flax Egg
1 scoop Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost Drink Blend
2 TBSP Melted Vegan Butter
Whisk pancake mix and other ingredients until lumps disappear and the batter is thick.
- Cook with oil spray on medium heat.
Add syrup and toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
