A delicious vegan chocolate brownie smoothie made with nourishing ingredients and adaptogenic ashwagandha.
- T tbsp flax
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup oat milk
dash of cinnamon
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
handful of ice
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy
