I drink a lot of matcha, but wanted to share this latte option for you all you non-caffeine lovers out there! The spirulina is great because it is full of B12s, complete protein, and tons of antioxidants - plus, look at that color! I don’t normally sweeten things, but a little honey or coconut sugar is recommended since spirulina can taste a bit like dirt on its own😂 This recipe is heavenly and super easy. .

ingredients:

- - 1/4 cup hot water
- - 1 tsp wild or Manuka honey
- - 1/2 tsp organic spirulina powder
