I went for years being a 2-3 coffee-a-day person. Besides being $$$, all that caffeine majorly dried out my skin and ended up causing MORE acne! I drink a lot of matcha, but wanted to share this latte option for you all you non-caffeine lovers out there! The spirulina is great because it is full of B12s, complete protein, and tons of antioxidants - plus, look at that color! I don’t normally sweeten things, but a little honey or coconut sugar is recommended since spirulina can taste a bit like dirt on its own😂 This recipe is heavenly and super easy. .

  • - 1 cup hot unsweetened plant milk
  • - 1/4 cup hot water
  • - 1 tsp wild or Manuka honey
  • - 1/2 tsp organic spirulina powder

  1. Put all in a blender (I use a Ninja blender) and blend for about 30 seconds or until frothy. Add extra spirulina on top and swirl to make it look pretty!
