Good Skin Day Carrot Cake Smoothie
A delicious smoothie made with a vegan collagen-support blend but tastes like a classic slice of carrot cake! Perfect for a healthy dessert or anytime snack to boost inner beauty.
⅔ cup shredded carrot
- 1 date (pitted)
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk or ground flax
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp fresh ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tiny dash of nutmeg or ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost
Blend all ingredients together on high until smooth
Top with walnuts, nut butter or granola if desired and serve immediately
