Trust us, it may seem simple, but it’s a major game changer! Even better, it’s so simple to make and truly takes your lattes to the next level, especially if you use fun ice molds (we love using little hearts or stars!).
To make Perfect Latte Matcha Ice, simply combine one scoop of our Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost Blend with 1 cup of warm water, pour into your ice cube tray, and allow to freeze. Waiting for the ice cubes to set is the hardest part of this recipe! Once your ice is fully frozen, add to lattes in place of regular ice cubes. These would be perfect in an iced matcha latte, but feel free to get creative and use them wherever you might use plain ice. Your perfect, not-watered-down lattes will thank you!
