Peanut Butter

Almond Flour

Sea Salt

Maple Syrup

Dark Chocolate Chips 

The good news about these bites is that they’re totally customizable. If you don’t have peanut butter on you, you can sub any other kind of nut butter. If you don’t like chocolate, you can’t be our friend (just kidding!) – you can sub it out for raisins, oats, or chia seeds. 

This is kind of like superfood vegan cookie dough. You can eat it straight up on a spoon after you make it and don’t even need to wait to form it into energy ball shape. Trust me – these won’t last long in your fridge. They’re that addictive.

These bites are so good they should be illegal. The texture is super smooth and tender, while the taste is awesome and decadent while still feeling healthy. The chocolate chips add a nice crunch and the almond flour and maple syrup add a little bit of natural sweetener. All in all, this treat is wholesome and seriously delicious.   • ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Copina Co. Original Beauty
  • ⅓ Cup almond flour
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips


  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together until well combined and roll into 8 even balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Enjoy!
