Meet your new favorite dessert or anytime snack: peanut butter balls. These treats are vegan, gluten-free, raw, and no bake and absolutely heavenly. Let’s be honest- sometimes “real” food sounds exhausting, and all you want is to grab something easy and good on the go. That’s exactly why these peanut butter balls are so perfect. They can double as energy bites or dessert, and they’re great for any time.
What’s not to love about this recipe? It has just 6 ingredients, takes about 15 minutes to make, and tastes just like you’re eating a chocolate peanut butter cup. We can get on board with that!
Honestly, life gets busy – that’s why we’re into quick and easy things right now. Our purses are basically full of superfoods and nourishing snacks at all times. We’re like those friends who are always feeding everyone around them with endless food to make them feel good.
These peanut butter balls are so insanely easy. The ingredients are just:
Peanut Butter
Copina Co. Original Beauty Collagen Boost Blend
Almond Flour
Sea Salt
Maple Syrup
Dark Chocolate Chips
The good news about these bites is that they’re totally customizable. If you don’t have peanut butter on you, you can sub any other kind of nut butter. If you don’t like chocolate, you can’t be our friend (just kidding!) – you can sub it out for raisins, oats, or chia seeds.
This is kind of like superfood vegan cookie dough. You can eat it straight up on a spoon after you make it and don’t even need to wait to form it into energy ball shape. Trust me – these won’t last long in your fridge. They’re that addictive.
These bites are so good they should be illegal. The texture is super smooth and tender, while the taste is awesome and decadent while still feeling healthy. The chocolate chips add a nice crunch and the almond flour and maple syrup add a little bit of natural sweetener. All in all, this treat is wholesome and seriously delicious. Bring them on a hike, have them on the couch while watching a movie, or enjoy them as a post-workout snack.
