Single Serve Apple Crumble
We love the beginning of fall and can't help ourselves from making this single serve apple crumble. Take advantage of apple season with this sweet treat.
1 diced apple
teaspoon of cinnamon
2-4 TBSP Maple Syrup for Apples
½ cup flour
½ cup oats
1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer Blend
1 TBSP Maple Syrup for Topping
2 TBSP melted coconut oil
¼ cup walnuts
Add diced apples and cinnamon to an oven safe dish.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
In a new bowl mix your topping ingredients: flour, oats, Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer Blend, maple syrup, coconut oil, and walnuts.
Top apples with your oat + flour mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 F. Let cool and enjoy!
