Vegan Eggnog Rice Crispie Treatts
Yield: 12
Ingredients
- ½ cup vegan butter
- 1 bag vegan marshmallows
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 4 ½ cups vegan rice krispies cereal
- 1 tsp Copina Co. Original Beauty
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat add the butter to slowly melt. Add in the vegan marshmallows and the nutmeg. Stir until the marshmallows completely melt. Fold in the rice krispies until the mixture starts to come together. In a 9 x 9 baking dish add the mixture and press it down using your to evenly distribute. Chill in the fridge for an hour. Optional (Add melted vegan chocolate on top and set in the fridge.).
