Vanilla Peach Overnight Oats
You'll love this sweet and creamy overnight oats recipe. It has great sources of plant-based protein partnered with the taste of peaches and vanilla.
½ cup rolled oats
2/3 cup plant based milk of choice
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of Copina Co. Vanilla Beauty Collagen Creamer
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ of a peach cut into bite sized pieces
¼ cup of vanilla plant-based yogurt
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or cup that has a lid.
Stir until everything is mixed.
Let sit in your fridge overnight covered.
Top with more peaches and enjoy!
