Our Strawberry & Chocolate Vegan Collagen Baked Oats are the perfect balance of strawberries and vanilla. We used frozen strawberries, but feel free to use fresh if you have them around. We mix in strawberries, rolled oats, almond milk, coconut sugar, baking powder and a banana to create the base. All together they create a creamy and tasty. Plus it is quick and easy!

The highlight of our Valentine Baked Oats though has to be our Vanilla Vegan Collagen Support blend. By adding in two scoops (or two stick packs) you'll get a full serving of plant botanicals that can help support your hair, skin, and nails.*

Collagen is one of our body's essential building blocks and helps to promote shiny hair and bouncy, hydrated skin. We lose the ability to produce collagen as we age. That's where Copina Co. comes in to our V-day baked oats! Our vegan collagen boost drink powders are edible skincare that help your body naturally produce more collagen without the use of animal products. Our Vanilla blend is a delicious vegan collagen boost creamer mix.* We love it as a vegan coffee creamer but also a beauty boost in just about anything. It gives things a hint of vanilla with a slight sweetness. If you don't want the added sweetness, try switching it for our Original Vegan Collagen Support blend in your coffee or baking.

A highlight ingredient in our collagen support blends is gotu kola. Gotu kola has amazing skin benefits like promoting collagen production in the skin, reducing stretchmarks and scars, and increases antioxidant levels in newly formed tissues. What’s more, it helps firm, tighten, and prevent saggy skin.* It also is full of triterpenoids (a compound that helps keep skin tighter and firmer), vitamins B and C, flavonoids (phytonutrients that act as antioxidants to fight off free radical damage), tannins and polyphenol, gotu kola has been found to prevent bacterial growth, promote the production of new skin cells, and enhance the resilience of the skin by calming inflammation.*
